Frosty Wooldridge, 59, Dougherty High School, Albany, GA, 1965, Michigan State University graduate 1970, BA, Journalism/Advertising, Grand Valley State University graduate 1973, BA, English with teaching certificate. He worked as a college guidance counselor for six years before taking up a career in teaching in math and science in Denver, Colorado. Along his journey, he became an 18-wheeler truck driver, dance teacher, ski instructor for the handicapped, writer, cardiac catheterization technician, heavy equipment trainer, volunteer inner city teacher and public speaker. He created a drug/alcohol prevention program that he presented to hundreds of schools across the nation. It is titled: "ALCOHOL, DRUGS AND UNIQUE ALTERNATIVES." He is working on two books: “NATION AT RISK” and “WHEN YOUR FATHER LEFT TOO SOON” is an 80,000 word non-fiction account of men, who between the ages of 8 and 18, have lost their fathers to an early death.

In 2005, he bicycled 3,500 miles from the Arctic Circle, Norway to Athens, Greece. In 2006, he motorcycled 20,000 miles through 48 states on the 21st Century Paul Revere Ride. He addresses a national audience with his “Connecting the Dots” radio show twice weekly. Over 100 TV, newspaper and 200 radio stations have interviewed Wooldridge.

Frosty Wooldridge has guest lectured at Cornell University, teaching creative writing workshops, magazine writing at Michigan State University, and has presented environmental science lectures at the University of Colorado, University of Denver, Texas A & M, University of Dayton and Regis University.
