The rumors began to circulate in 2006, maybe earlier: "Barack Obama is a Muslim," "Barack Obama is a secret Muslim," "Barack Obama is a Muslim Manchurian Candidate who will impose sharia law on the United States." The claims are sensational, certainly. They appeal to Americans anxious about the threat of jihadism in a post-9/11 world. Voters are likely to hear the rumors over and over in the run up to the election. But like many sensational claims, they are undone by the facts. Here's what is known:
- According to CNN, when Obama lived in Indonesia from 1967 to 1971 with his mother and stepfather, he acknowledged attending a Muslim school, "but an aide said it was not a madrassa." In any event, Obama received a Muslim education for a brief time. Obama also attended a Catholic school in Indonesia.
- Obama's father and stepfather were both Muslims.
- Obama has been associated with the United Church of Christ since the 1980s.
- Obama has said, again and again, that he is a Christian, not a Muslim.
Several astute conservative sources, who are sharply critical of Obama's political positions, take the senator at his word that he is not now a Muslim, even if he might have been when he was a child (a claim Obama and his campaign deny). See Robert Spencer, Daniel Pipes, and Daniel Larison. Given the facts at hand, the claim that Obama is a Muslim -- secret or otherwise -- simply does not hold up. So... Obama is a secret Muslim. Truth or not?

Thoughts
How long?
Submitted on May 8th, 2008 by AnonymousWell here we go again? When is White America going to stop spreading fear and hatred.. ex:I am from Jamaica and never had I been exposed to any racial hatred on accounts of my skin color, yet upon migrating legally here to this country in 1975; realized that the color of my skin mattered. I have been happily married to a caucasian man, have children that most white Americans have mistakenly thought were white, until they met mother, then they are ostracized, because mother is of color. Yet these same whites will get 2nd and 3rd degree burns to get a so called tan, the color of my skin that I exist in so naturally, at the same token turn around and hate me for mine. Yes we have differences, not dificiencies, my husband for instance can really kick up his heels when it comes to country western dancing, you see he goes to a different beat, I on the other hand is excellent at adding some hip hugging whine to the same dance, all of which is done without alcohol in my system, which turns him and the other white men on to no end, yet makes other white women want to lynch me immediately. I am also a 8y/r USAF veteran, served in the first gulf conflict, my 24y/o daughter is an officer at this very time in the USAF, speaks 5 languages, this we do yet WHITE AMERICA, including my in-laws exhibit IRRATIONAL FEAR(FALSE-EXPECTATIONS-APPEARING-REAL) towards myself and their grand children... Rev. Wright spoke about the things that I am still living in this good old America.
wake up America!!!!!!!!!

Obama
Submitted on May 7th, 2008 by AnonymousObama is running for president, not Rev. Wright. What intelligent person on this earth agrees with everything their pastor or any other human says. Since when does a person's name become what they are inside. Unless I missed something, none of us have a choice in what we are named when we are born. If someone names their child Jesus, does that automatically make him a Christian? I think not. Get a grip America and stop obsessing on unimportant stuff and focus on the real issues; the economy, health care, the war in Iraq, etc.
That's my two cents worth!
reply to "Barack is still a muslim and here is proof" 5-4-08
Submitted on May 6th, 2008 by AnonymousSir:
Your 11 reasons you give in support of Barack being Muslim show that you have a serious lack for logical reasoning ability. To an intelligent person such as myself I find your 11 point reasoning to be counterproductive if you did in fact plan to keep me from voting for Mr. Obama. Please allow me to explain. I will number my reasons the same as you did for the corresponding point you made.
1. You are right that most Muslims consider themselves to be Muslim merely for being born to Muslim parents. The same way that some Christians will tell you that they are Christians because they were born that way. But that doesn't mean that all Muslims continue to practice or even believe in Islamic theology all their lives just because they were born into it. The same thing applies to Christians, many turn away from Christianity later in life.
2. So what if he was educated about Islam for at least two hours a week. It was the culturally acceptable thing to be done in that time/place. Many Christians send their children to Sunday School, church, and sometimes even Bible Schools where the same thing is done. That doesn't mean that the children will grow up to agree with the doctrine/philosophy/theology that they were taught. Actually for some people it is exactly this instruction (Sunday school/bible school) that makes them turn away from Christianity later in life. The same thing is true of children raised to be taught Islam.
3. This point is true although it does not make for any reason why Mr. Obama is a Muslim today.
4. This point may be true but so what? Still does not make any reason for believing that Mr. Obama is a Muslim today.
5. Rev. Jeramiah Wright's church is definitely a Christian church. Or at least, it is about as much as any other American church. They believe that Jesus is the Son of God and the source of forgiveness of sins. So it is a Christian church. If you don't agree with all their doctrine that does not make them a non-Christian church or a cult either. Look up the definition of a cult because they don't fit that label either. (Sounds like you are very particular about what denomination of church that people attend)
5.(a) They teach separation from sinful and wordly things just like many churches do. They do not teach segregation-the word i think you were looking for here. They do not teach that blacks and whites should be separated from each other...quite the contrary actually.
5.(a) Ummm...not familiar with the term 'black theology' I have never heard this term much less know what 'black theology is even. I would love for you to educate me though, please do but as far as i can tell they do teach the Jesus Christ of the Bible which makes them teach 'Christian theology'. I did not know that Christianity was a 'white' thing. Has it become that now? Because I know a lot of black people that seem to think they are Christians. Guess they did not get the memo.
5.(c) Great! Rev. Wright's church believes in showing Christian love and acceptance to all peoples-even Muslims! Even to the point of trying to convert Muslims. I guess they take the Great Commission in the New Testament seriously. That is more than many churches would try to do. And what is wrong with that exactly?
5.(d) Well, I guess you know Mr. Obama personally since you are so boldly proclaiming what his intentions are for having joined a Christian church. If you did know him personally back when he joined the church then you make yourself seem not only hateful by writing this but also dishonest. But let us assume that you are correct and Mr. Obama joined a church to help promote his political career...so don't hundreds of other politicians and wanna-be politicians in this country. So what? It still does not prove that he is a Muslim.
5.(e) Well, not really, but if you believe in the teachings of Muhammed then you can not believe that Jesus is the Christ, but that is what you meant to say, right? The historical fact that Muhammed existed is accurate the same as the fact that Jesus existed. The dispute is over whether or not Jesus is the Son of God and the Messiah/saviour of our sins. Please say what you mean; no need to be careless, not when you are accusing Mr. Obama of not meaning what he says.
6. Neither have any of the other presidential candidates.
7. Or that plenty of other politicians were baptized, but I don't here you decrying them as not really Christian.
8. I do not recall ever hearing Mr. Obama make fun of Christianity, the Bible, the Old testament or the New Testament. But even if he did does that make him no longer a Christian? Please give me book, chapter and verse so i can look up for myself the portion of Scripture that you are going to use to support your claim. By the way, I've heard Robin Williams publicly make fun of Jews, does that mean he is not a Jew any more? Your logic not mine (or lack thereof).
9. Not true. Most of the time a fatwa is not declared against someone if they switch from being Muslim to being Christian...especially not against a Muslim that did not even practice the tenets of Islam which makes you wonder if he was even a Muslim to begin with.
10. Please let us examine his agenda for the White House....
(a) Remove our army from the middle east...means he is a good American that wants us to keep this nation into the next generation. And a good Christian by planning to stop the needless bloodshed that is being done under false pretenses anyhow.
(b)He sits and eats dinner with Muslim jihadist...well,not sure what this has to do with his agenda for the White House, but you listed it so....What a wonderfully Christian thing to do!!!! "Love your enemies, etc...." And that is if you are talking about him eating with one of the radical Muslims that take the term "jihad" to mean it is acceptable to kill sinners and blasphemers. Most Muslims would use the term "jihad" to mean spiritual warfare against sin WITHIN THEMSELVES...never to include violence against other people.
(c) Removing the idea [option] of using nuclear weapons in any circumstance....well, plenty of people will agree with him on that. It is about not wanting to harm the environment or cause harm to innocent men, women, and children. How is that make him a Muslim? Are you saying that only Muslims can believe in the sanctity of human life? or be responsible human beings? You are sounding a little like that is something you might believe.
(d) Passing a hate crime bill that will silence anyone who speaks against Islam....So he is Muslim because he is against hatred? Sorry, I don't get the point...is it that you want it to be ok for Muslims in this country to be persecuted? You still have not proven to me that he is a Muslim.
11. As for his stance on gay marriage and abortion proving that he is not a Christian...you do realize that there are widely differing views in the Christian churches as to how to stand on these two issues, right? Besides, I believe that if you are going to have an adoption system that allows perverts to have children but not poor people that are decent moral people, and if you have such a incompetent social services system as to not be able to properly protect the children MOST of the time, and law enforcement that ARE many times the abusers, then if a women wants to kill her baby before it is born rather than have a child she knows she is not capable or willing to provide for and protect then it seems the much more moral thing to do. Abortions are not a good thing but merely the lesser of two evils. Kill the child before it sees a lifetime of pain, misery, and suffering and possibly becomes one of the problems in society that continue our many social evils. Besides, i doubt that many educated Christians are going to agree with you that the united states government should decide what is moral or not.
Even if Mr. Obama were to become a Muslim why is that a reason to not vote for him? Are Muslims not free to become president in this country? Are you saying we are not as free as I thought we were? Does being a Muslim necessarily make a person a bad person? or a bad leader? You seem extremely hateful and unable to make objective statements about politics due to your personal preferences.
Guilt by association
Submitted on May 6th, 2008 by Anonymous"By association, Obama is a Muslim"
Sounds familiar...
"By association" the US sent thousands of innocent Japanese to interment camps in WWII.
"By association" Cambodia sent millions of innocent people to die in forced labor because they were "educated" or for merely wearing glasses.
"By association", millions of innocent Chinese were "reeducated" for saying or doing the wrong things.
Remember McCarthy? Oh ya. Hundreds of innocent lives were ruined because they "associated" with the wrong person.
So when you say someone is guilty by association, you're putting yourself in some pretty sad company.
"The only thing we have to fear is fear itself"
Submitted on May 6th, 2008 by AnonymousIt used to amuse me,then surprise, now it just sickens me. These misguided, ignorant and TERRIFIED people. Do you honestly believe that Mr. Obama is a Jihadi sleeper cell? Seriously, that's your deal? WOW? How do you combat fear and latent racism? I am a white, middle class,34 year old former spec ops. I have seen firsthand how fear-based thinking can cloud people's judgment. It is always the biggest talkers that fold under pressure. After three years in the Gulf I've learned that the vast majority of Muslims are good, decent peaceful people-just like Christians. Unfortunately, like Christians,a small radical group makes the most noise. The only difference between somebody strapping on an explosive belt and blowing up a crowded restaurant and a pilot dropping a bomb onto a crowded restaurant (as we did in '03 due to faulty intel that Saddam was there),is that the suicide bomber gets his hands dirty. We need to stop living in fear of every other human being on this planet that doesn't talk and look like us. By the way,Obama was right;Jesus' sermon on the mount was just as radical 2,000 years ago as it is now. To love your enemy as your brother is an ideal that few ever come close to attaining. Eisenhower warned us in his final speech of the dangers of the growing military-industrial complex. These corporations and small circle of extremely wealthy and powerful people maintain their interests by keeping us continually on a war economy. To do that, there has to be a bogeyman to justify the billions spent. First it was the Red Scare and Communism. Now its the perpetual War on Terror. They bank on your fear and ignorance. Take an honest look at yourself, ask God to remove your fears and take the time to educate yourself by finding other outlets than the mainstream corporate news media.
BUSH? Not Muslim!
Submitted on May 6th, 2008 by AnonymousYet, you believe that Bush is the devil! In Islam, they have a doctrine called 'Al Tekayya. This doctrine allows for any muslim to LIE! One can lie to protect yourself from harm, or your religion, or to end spousal disputes or neighbor disputes, one can lie during war or one can disown ones religions & rituals for nefarious reasons. Believe Obama is a wolf in sheeps clothing. Islamic Sharia laws conflicts with our 1st amendment rights & believe therefore that if Obama gets elected there will be more muslim immiragting to this country & our rights as free Americans will wither away slowly as in the Netherlands, Sweden, France & England.

Obama a Muslim???
Submitted on May 5th, 2008 by AnonymousDid Obama take the Oath of Office on a bible? Where are the normal pictures of his oath.
Does he do the pledge of allegiance? Why does he always show up late to his meetings after the allegiance was taken..We should be able to let him show up and then do the Allegiance to see what he will do...
If he is a Christian, why the Muslim name and not his christian name?
Why does he surround himself (staff) with Muslims??? Where are the Christians???

Islam based on belief, not birth
Submitted on May 5th, 2008 by AnonymousA muslim is not a muslim because of birth, but because of belief. If you believe in the "shahada" (There is no deity other than God, and Muhammad is the messenger of God), then you are a muslim. If you do not believe in that, you are not a muslim. I was born and raised in a Catholic family and later converted to Islam. The real question anyway is not whether Obama is a muslim, but whether he would be a good president. When fundamentalist Christians act like a person's religion is all that matters, it makes you wonder about their capacity for rational thought.
Barack is still a Muslim and here is proof!
Submitted on May 4th, 2008 by Anonymous1. He was born from Muslim blood. (Which in Islam makes him automatically a Muslim)
2. He was educated in a school where as Muslim he was educated on Islam for a minimum of two hours weekly.
3. For a better education he attended a Catholic school, which many Muslims do.
4. He had nothing to do with Christianity until he married his wife.
5. He joined a cult church, a non-Christian church.
a) The church teaches separatism (black and white)
b) They teach black theology, not Christ Theology
c) The church honors and respects Islam and Muslims to the point they welcome Muslims to be members of the church and gave Louis Farrakhan an award for being the man who will unite the true Christian to the true Muslim to the true Jew. WHAT A CHRISTIAN CHURCH!
d) Why would Obama leave Islam to join such a church? He joined skillfully to cover-up, knowing that a Muslim in America would have little chance to become a senator or the president.
e) When you believe in Mohammad you deny Christ.
6. He never denounced Islam or Mohammad or the Qur'an.
7. There is no record that he was baptized.
8. From his own words, we can judge him, for he made fun of Christianity, the Bible, Old Testament and New Testament, which proves he is not a Christian.
9. When a Muslim leaves Islam to Christianity, there would be a 100% fatwa (decree for him to be killed) issued against his life.
a) A Fatwa has never been issued on Obama. But the opposite is true, for the Muslim world is endorsing and supporting him. This includes Louis Farrakkan's endorsement. Some may say that Obama has distanced himself from his radical minister and from Louis Farrakkan but my response is very simple, it is an act because he, his pastor , and Farrakkan, know if he does not say that. he will lose the vote of the rest of the country.
b) He was welcomed to Kenya as a Muslim hero recently.
c) Muslims in America support him, even financially “One dollar for one nation under God “(Allah).
d) As a senator, he has and continues to employ members of The Nation of Islam. Cynthia K. Miller was the treasurer of His U.S. Senate campaign. Jennifer Mason is Obama’s director of Constituent Services in his U.S. Senate office and is also in charge of selecting Obama’s senate interns. - (debbieschlussel.com)
10. His agenda for the Whitehouse clearly shows he is Muslim.
a) Remove our army immediately from the Middle East.
b) He sits and eats dinner with Muslim jihadist.
c) Removing the idea of the use of nuclear weapons in any circumstance.
d) Passing a hate crime bill that will silence anyone who speaks against Islam.
11. His stance on the issue of gay marriage and abortion proves he is not a Christian.

Seriously
Submitted on May 2nd, 2008 by AnonymousHow does a Muslim go to a Christian church for 20 years, be it good or bad? You think the ENTIRE Muslim religion is keeping a secret? OH BOY.. if this is how we're thinking then we better not vote. The media has programmed us for the last month with MR. WRIGHT so much, that we dream about him. It's ridiculous!
We The People, should ban together for a better, smarter, healthier, thriving, financially stable, war free country. Sounds like a dream, it's very possible.
This country hasn't and the world for that matter cared about religion in over 40 years. To the Pope's surprise on his recent visit to the USA, he had to apologize for all the child molestation cases he heard about during folks personal visit with him. This has been going on for at least 40 years and people still go to the Catholic church and send their kids to Private Catholic schools. Why, because they know all is not bad, and if you get what you need out of your religion that's all that matters.
No two people in the world have the exact same opinion about everything. I say all that to say, don't let CNN blind you with fear of religion, that's what this country is built on, and in order to hide the blame it has to be placed somewhere else. Besides, who cares?
Can anyone of us run for office today? NO!! No one is perfect if so, take a look into your life from beginning to present,...exactly.. You couldn't run for office.
Do you have a family member that's incarcerated, a drug addict, rapist, embezzler, petty thief, has quiet sexual harassment cases in their corporate files, misdemeanor drug charges. A family member stuck in the early 1900's, and doesn't want change so they're about as racist as they can be. Black or White...
This is what people will judge you on once the media gets a hold of the slightest imperfection in your life. All you can argue is, well that's not me, those aren't my thoughts or past problems. Sorry won't work, the media will crush you.....
Further more, Bush says we're not in a recession Bull*hit.. There's a food shortage, daily gas hike, millions of foreclosed homes through out the nation, THE WAR????????? I mean really people look at the candidate that seems like he/she would make a better America, because the dream is fading fast...
Don't let color or gender make up your mind, be smarter than the government. Don't be afraid to leave home (our government as we know it) create a new leadership that will stop Global warming, ad jobs to the economy, who cares if Hilary and Bill made $107m in 8 years. We know it's not all legit. Hilary is a smart woman, but too smart for her own good. She look like a psycho lying about Bosnia..NUTTSS!! Then joked about it on Jay Leno, that's not a laughing matter. Your running for the Super Power seat.
They made $800,000.00 of the China trade deal that Americans are now dying from because of the Heparin laced products. That's not news? No one has revisited John McCains spiritual supporter Haggee, and now Parsley, are blatant racist, but no one is flooding the news with that crap. Once again, who cares????
We The People need to vote for a better America. Stop being lead the marketing plan that has been put together to keep the illegal business growing of the ever so changing corporation,
United States Of America Incorporated.
Muslim?Could obama be the sleeper to outdo all sleepers?
Submitted on May 2nd, 2008 by AnonymousInteresting to ponder is: Could Obama be the "sleeper" to outdo all "sleepers"? Americans, muslims and non-muslims should ponder this very seriously. There are links with extreme muslim teaching in his childhood school in INdonesia. And if he has been prepared to be the "sleeper" to outdo all "sleepers", then I believe he is a grave risk to the United States of America. Wake up America. Your "democratic" thinking could well be your undoing. We need to pray a lot.

Obama is NOT a muslim
Submitted on May 1st, 2008 by AnonymousReligion is not an ethnicity....you are not born into a relgiion. It is a choice a person makes for hiim or herself, despite what their childhood activities may involve.
Furthermore, religion should have no place in politics anyway. We are a country based on religious freedom and basic fundamental rights which completely goes against the argument that one must be a Christian to be part of the club.
Whether or not Barack Obama is a Christian should be totally irrelevant to the bigger issue of whether he can lead our country and get us out of the mess we are in.
George Bush only "became" a Christian after his philandering, drug using days for his political gain. If his actions are the example of how well a "Christian" president can handle things then I would wish for our next president to be anything BUT Christian. We need a leader, not a follower and someone with a moral compass...something we do not have now but Barack Obama would provide.
He should not only be nominated but elected by a large majority....oh wait, are there that many thinking people in America. Maybe this time we will get the candidate that the people elect instead of trumped up, illegal and tampered ballot counting.
Obama is not AfroAmerican or Black American.
Submitted on May 1st, 2008 by AnonymousIt is very simple to tell exactly what OBAMA is. Obviously Obama is what his natural father is. His father is not an Afro American or a Black American, because he is from Kenya. This would mean his father is an Arab African and has Arab African blood running through his veins. Obama having Arab African blood running thru his veins can not be an Afro American or a Black American. Obama is being very deceptive capitalizing on being an Afro American or a black American to capture all the Black votes. The Black voters don't know the difference. They will vote for him because his darker complexion is dominate, unlike his white mother.
Obama was born as an Arab Afro American as his mother is a whte American.
Obama was born as a Muslim into the Muslim religion as his father is. Obama did spend his early life as a Muslim registering in a Muslim school. According to the Muslim Islamist doctrine, any one that is not a Muslim is an infidel and must be killed. When one converts to another religion, they are also to be killed. Family members must kill them because they become an infidel by converting. This makes over 300 million Americans infidels and are supposed to be killed. OBAMA by birth is born a Muslim. When born a Muslim, a person is a Muslim until death unless they are killed as an infidel.
Allah, the god of the Muslim Islamists is the god of hate and death. Jehovah, the God of the Christians is the God of love who teaches to love your enemies and to do good to those that hate you.
Muslim law says that a Muslim must keep an agreement made with another Muslim and not with any one else. Muslims are even allowed to lie to their own wives. How can any non-Muslim trust a Muslim? How can any one trust OBAMA who was born a Muslim?
Amadinajad from Iran tells the world he is gong to fly the Muslim flag on top of the White House. It will be a lot easier if OBAMA is occupying the White House.
Why must the United States allow Mosques to be built every day in America when Saudi Arabia the center of the Islamist religion disallows any other religion to enter their country? Saudi Arabia is financing the building of all these Mosques! Saudi Arabia is also subsidizing professors in universities to steer their students to the Islam religion.
Recently Saudia Arabia would not allow an American female worker to enter Saudi Arabia because she was carrying a Christian Bible. Americans are a stupid group of people. We should prevent all Mosques in the United States until Muslim countries allow Christians and other religions of the United States to enter their countries.
I have been to Riyadh and familiar with their customs. I helped to remodel the Dome palace for King Kahlid for the OPEC meetings. Saudi Arabia is not the friend of the Unted States, but they certainly like us defending them. If it wasn't for us OSAMA BIN LADEN would make short work of them.
Russia has resorted to building Mosques all over over Russia and rejecting Christianity. This is no surprise since it is prophesied in the Christian Bible. It is also prophesied that two thirds of the Russians and their Muslim partners will be destroyed ny Jehovah God when they go to attack Israel. He will leave the one third to live and go back to their countries to tell them how the two thirds were destroyed.
In the final analysis, OBAMA is a Muslim and should not be nominated to the Presidency of the United States.
Obama is a muslim ?
Submitted on May 1st, 2008 by AnonymousI do not think Obama is a muslim, but i do think he is not a truthfull person, because he has going from one lie to another every time that has come out to light aspects not known of his life.
And besides he lacks the experience a citizen needs to be a commander in chief, he has not yet outlined a clear ideology nor a clear proposal of a program for his goverment.

What Is Wrong With Us?
Submitted on May 1st, 2008 by AnonymousI'm say "us" because I'm here too, but seriously... Seriously... What is wrong with us? Why is this important?
But as long as we're on this...here...you knuckleheads...chew on this.
John McCain was born on a naval base in the Panama Canal Zone. He was not born on "American soil" as defined by the Constitution, and thus as further defined by the Constitution, may not be a "natural born Citizen", and therefore MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE to run for President of The United States. True story. Congress is passing a non-binding resolution to illustrate their support of his "Citizenship", but at present there are two law suits in CA and NH challenging the Constituionality of his candidacy.
Do I think this has merit? No. I'm not an idiot. But if we can debate these other pointless concerns, why not debate this one as well?
Why? Because in contemporary society, it's not an issue if it's not prominently featured in the news cycle.
I hate us. We deserve the worst we can get.
Have a great day...
Nah, I don't think so.

Submitted on May 1st, 2008 by Anonymousthank you so much, i was really starting to lose hope. I was so appalled at the level of ignorance that i have been reading. As an African American I am an Obama supporter, and i was really afraid not so much if he does not win the presidency, but rather if he did, this nation would kill him for it. It is so sad people think like this. So here is hoping for a clean campaign whether he wins or loses. And as for you so call christians, Jesus spoke from the standpoint of love not fear as master yoda said fear comes from anger which leads to hate and hate causes suffering, so ask yourselves as Christians are you speaking out of love or fear. Rev. Wright was not speaking out of fear nor hatred but like Christ and the prophets from righteous indignination. How do i know this, simple. Beware of wolves in sheep's clothing for you will know them by their fruits, because a good tree cannot not bear bad fruit. Mr. wright drew a 87 member congregation to 7000. Trinity church has outreach programs for the poor and disadvantage. It has mentorships for the youth, and educational assistance. It has a health ministry and especially a strong outreach program for people with aids. And it is not a black only church. It is predominantly black, but so are white churches predominantly white. I for one would like to see Mr. Obama defeated (if he is defeated but i am hoping he wins) on his ideas, his record, and his vision for this country. Then i too would be a proud American. But if he loses because of fear tactics than shame on America and this country will truly reap with it has sow.

you are aware that Rev. Wright was a marine? And this whole spill about kill whitey, well Rev. Wright has never said he wanted to kill anyone. Are you also aware that Blacks during War World II we strongly encouraged not to wear their uniforms or associate with "whitey" because the average "whitey" could not stomach the idea of negro or colored(whichever you preferred) fighting for the freedom of this country even though they were not free. Sir, this country is not just made up of whitey, it is made up of all peoples with different colors and backgrounds. Your comment is unamerican, but i respect your right to say it because in American you are free to speak your mind, and it is for that reason that i will not tell you to take your unamerican attitude back to some socialist, godless, European country.

Empty Discussion
Submitted on May 1st, 2008 by AnonymousMy name is Andrei, 32, Christian, White (hate this anonymous stuff). The discussion below is empty for several reasons. One is that there is a clearly lack of understanding of the terms used in the discussion. There are no definitions given. Any discussion that would yield any results has to have preset agreement on meaning of the terms and definitions. With this lacking, rest of discussion just makes "no you stupid" argument over and over again. Secondly most of the people who decide spend time and participate in this exchange come with preset opinions (for the most parts) and do not consider conceding with someone else point of view. With this mindset you have post offer post with lot of emotions and no substance. Unfortunately I will have to post some of my thoughts in same manner :(. I have no right to vote as I am not (yet, missing election by 1 month) US citizen, but wanted to touch base on some issues. 1) Racism in US - the view on this issue in US from outside is interesting. It is being discussed so much and become such a sensitive topic that it actually creates secondary problems for people of all races. Media does not help as "creating news". There is no direct or indirect (apart from "pastor association") evidence of Clinton, Obama or McCane being racist. Why is it important at all? What can one executive do (even on the level of president) to the whole race? If someone is racist all he can do in oval office is be more favorable to people of same race in promotions... maybe, if affirmative action will allow. There is a system of check and balances for precisely this reason, more over a majority that is ultimately in control of state of affairs will not allow that. Have hard time seeing minority candidate doing anything to a majority without retaliation. The same principle applies to being Muslim, even if.... so what. With no evidence of such and not as much less importance going to Mr. Wright issue. Kudos for Obama for having bal.... guts to try to stick by some when it created this many problems, maybe he will stuck by America when/if things go wrong and not "denounce it" right off the bat. I have not seen so many denunciations as in this campaign for a long time. For sake of variety I appreciate some change in this scene. Why you stay in the church with pastor whose views you do not share? Well because apart from the Pastor, there is a Church and a God that are not equivalent to your pastor. My father is a pastor and I have been going to church every week for 32 years, interesting that I disagreed on some issue with 60-70% of the pastors I had and strongly disagreed with good one 3rd. But I also had my friends there, I liked the overall service, it was place my family gone for generations. This is just a few reasons why one would not leave the church even having disagreements over what is being said. This is very tired issue, most of you people have friends (whom you can choose) who are have significant flaws but happened to be at the right high school at the right time and you got stuck with them for life, close you got use to them, you like them for other things etc. Give man a credit for sticking up for someone; you will appreciate when it is done for you. 2) Islam - I have worked in Muslim countries for years; more over I have been attacked as Christian in Muslim country. BUT I am yet to find a person in US whom I met personally who has a clue of what Islam teaches as religion. What it stands for. The only thing general public in this country knows about is statistically insignificant number of people who are part of the terrorist/religious fanatics group. If we look at Christianity amount of blood spilled by "Christian" terrorist in Ireland, Italy, Spain, Columbia, etc. there is no comparison. Try to sell 1% (my rough ratio on extremist Muslims to normal people whose face happened to be Islam) as significant bases to attribute certain trait to group of people to anyone gone through statistics 101. 3) Truth Vs. Lies - there is certain things that comes with being in politics and rationing what, when and how much you say is part of it. All the politicians lie, it is a question of who has more good in other facets of her/his personality. By virtue of age some have less to lie about then others. There are some things that are attributed to any leader if he is to be a successful one. Charisma, energy, drives and number of others and so far I do not see enough of either in Hillary or Johnny. With war, economy issues and current annoyance of the world with US there is urgent need to change something, neither H or J do not present significant enough change to have alternative take on the problems mentioned above. A.

Re: Re: Exit Door
Submitted on May 1st, 2008 by AnonymousYour reply demonstrates my point very well.
Both of the brave persons cited in your examples, the guy the Pope baptized and Ayaan Hirsi Ali live with death threats on a daily basis. They will probably have to live in hiding or under tight security for the rest of their lives.
Christians don't kill people for leaving Christ.
Islamists do kill people for leaving Islam.
We can only guess what will happen when some nutty Imam puts 2 and 2 together and realizes that "President" Obama is an apostate.
Which makes me wonder why a "fatwa" hasn't been put out on Obama already.
I agree that Islam isn't some "magic voodoo" religion.
However, I do believe that Islam is a very cleverly crafted spiritual, political and cultural trap.
TIRED OF HEARING IT
Submitted on May 1st, 2008 by AnonymousI have to agree with you!
Black people are the most racist people I have ever met. They don't want anyone using the N word, except themselves; They're upset with all racial implications, except their own; They want nothing to do with foreign Muslims, but it's OK for them to be Muslim.
They feel entitled to these examples (plus many many more) because their ancestors were enslaved. When are they going to get up off their butts and go back to Africa or shut-up. Obama can't live an Afrocentric/militant life; then denounce it because it doesnt fit his image as the "President of the US."
But on the other hand, Hillary is the epidome of a typical politican. I have NO IDEA WHY anyone believes what comes out of her mouth. She's a liar just like her husband.

Submitted on May 1st, 2008 by AnonymousI have to disagree with you about Rev. Wright's use of the words "God damn America". I don't it was used in the way described at all. Rather, I believe he used those used in a more Biblical context. He was saying that when an entity, in the case of the sermon on UTube, the US gov't, raises itself above God, then God will damn that entity. I am white, female and near to middle aged, and I happen to agree with some of what Wright has to say about the sins of this country's past. Wright's problem is that he goes overboard with his conspiracy theories, says things everybody knows are not true, which makes people question the validity of even that which is true.
Somewhat like Obama's problem in that he speaks the unfarnished truth that nobody wants to think about.
White woman for Obama
Submitted on May 1st, 2008 by AnonymousI'm one of those people Hillary takes for granted for the vote. White, female and nearly middle aged. And voted for Obama in the PA primary. What you said about "beat up, knock down, ect...just to win" sounds exactly like what Hillary is doing. Which is one of the many reasons why I wouldn't vote for her and hope she doesn't get the nomination because I'll have a hard time giving her my vote come Nov. She claims her time as First Lady makes her qualified to be president. If that's the case, I'd rather have Nancy Regan as the first woman president than Hillary Clinton.

Submitted on April 30th, 2008 by AnonymousWow - don't most have you have a lot of crap to say! First of all, the main question is if Obama is Muslim or Christian? He's Christian (or somewhat of a christian but definitely not a Muslim)! Second of all, for those that said Obama is an Arabic/Muslim name, you are WRONG! Thw word Obama isn't even Arabic!
Also, please don't believe everything you see, or read on the Internet - and start ranting about it. I know some of Sunshine308's so-called lies are not lies. Most have references to blogs, and phony websites. That's not reliable, is it? So, research in depth the crap you believe to find the truth, then comment about it in nasty ways.
Also, whoever thinks that Islam openly promotes killing is wrong and a bigot. No feelings for American Muslims, huh (I don't see them killing!) And whoever thought that IF Obama is Muslim and becomes president, then he will impose sharia and kill all infidels, I have news for you. Whoever believes that must be the ultimate ignorant idiot! From what I read, I see those people saying that all Muslims kill infidels, even an unpractioning (if he were even a Muslim) Obama, especially if he becomes a president. Apostacy is not the highest crime in Islam, and the person who said it is is misinformed, as I inquired with American Imams. I feel that you are unfairly branding all muslims as infidel-killers and terrorists, although less than 1% - .5% of all muslims have those intentions - due to misinterpretation. There are Christian terrorist groups around the world - you know. Its a sad fact. And Kenya is not a Muslim country. The majority is christian - whosoever said that.
For those people that say Obama is a racist, and elitist, and a hate-monger, I'll have to inform you that you are wrong. Obama is actually for equality - check out the facts - and he doesn't carry the responsibility of his pastor. A commenter also proved how Obama is caring to tthe small-town citizens that have been mostly forgot by Bush. Therefore, he is not an elitist. All these lies told and spread by anti-Obamas' are just a sign of how desperate, racist, bigotic, and anti-reformist they are. I mean does wearing a flag pin affect you patriotism? That was one of the retorts to the supposedly "lie" of Barack Obama, when he said I am patriotic.
All in all, I feel that Obama will help heal our country, and aid in foreign matters, as he may have some experience. He is the best of all candidates, so Go Obama!

A Muslim for President
Submitted on April 30th, 2008 by AnonymousIt is a shame that Americans are only looking at one religion to run this country. There are muslims who are citizens of the United States, so if a muslim decided to run for office, other americans should not have a problem. If that is the case, you guys are no better than rev. Wright and his comments. You guys are calling Mr. Obama racist but yet, you guys hate the fact that he is mutliracial and you do not want to accept the fact. Senator Obama is an intelligent man he worked hard in school to become where he is today and alot of you out there do not like the idea he has accomplish so much. People who are making comments saying, that he is bigger and beyond are those who had the opportunity Senator Obama had, and they did not take advantage of it.

By the way the irony of you calling him by Hussein ,which is an obvious attempt to shame him by what you think is a lesser culture is best described as bigoted. Then blame obamanites for calling you that is beyond a total lack of self awareness. I do not care if you do not like any of the choices that is your right ,but do humanity a favor and get a clue.
Such Foolishnes in a name
Submitted on April 30th, 2008 by AnonymousIt is so unfortunate that we have a society of double standards to every issue that we ever face in our country. George Bush as with various other presidents and ceo's of large corporations supposedly have this vast background and experience for their job as what john McCain and Hilary Clinton boasts.
But look at the tragic sequence of events that has occured over the past 7.5 years with Bush as president with all that experience. Its similar to teaching an old dog new tricks. With all that experience they can't seem to see the trees through the forest. And it saddens me more as an African American that many white won't vote for a Black man for the single reason that for the color of his skin.
but let that same Black man carry him/her out of a raging fire or shoot at an enemy side by side in war. It leaves me so disillusioned as a Christian that there is so much division among Americans when our country is in such dire straits and that the only way in life to get ahead is still to beat up, knock down, stomp someone, lie, exagerate and 100's of other......just to win. How sad we have become. And we can't even see it because we are so blinded by hate and fear. GOD help us.
A challenge to the Hussein Faithful Flock
Submitted on April 29th, 2008 by Minuteman CAI'm not racist and I don't care whether or not Hussein is a Muslim. I completely disagree that he is the best candidate and I would even venture to say that he is not a worthy candidate by any standard.
I challenge the Obama faithful to talk about his voting record since coming to the Senate in 2004. Nevermind that he has no real experience in national government, let's just talk about his record. I bet you guys don't even know about the 129 "present" votes.
The gauntlet is tossed. You want to talk about the issues, then let's do it.
Muslim?
Submitted on April 29th, 2008 by AnonymousHow stupid! This issue in particular has opened my eyes to the average IQ of Americans. Obama is NOT a Muslim.
What is happening here is a bunch of racists trying to find excuses to not vote for the best candidate because he's a black man ( well 1/2 black...and that's plenty enough).
I'm a 64 year old white man and to be really honest, I think it's time to give somebody else a chance. Bush and the boys (good christians) have made a mess of it. Another 4 years of this type of government and we're gone.
Not that one guys counts for much, but for the first time in my adult life, if Obama is NOT the nominee, I'm staying home. The other two are just more of the same ol BS. Hillary is much more liberal than McCain but I wouldn't trust her out of sight...and even though this hasn't been discussed much, what person in their right mind would want to be vice president with Bill in the house...so in essence, Bill will be the vice president.
Who is a lemming ?
Submitted on April 29th, 2008 by AnonymousReally.. calling people names is not polite.
Clearly the Reverend Wight issue is a perfect storm in a team cup for the right wing . Take some sound bites out of context and then present that as the whole story. By dumbing down the whole thing it prevents people from getting confused by real facts.
This whole thread is just the same: just a lame excuse to raise FUD about an issue. Even asking the question just unjustly stirs up the mud. Also the somewhat convoluted way the question was put I am sure was done to mix up the result.
If the results of the survey are to be believed then it just goes to show how successful this campaign has been to distort the truth. Very very sad.

Christian Principles?
Submitted on April 29th, 2008 by AnonymousI've been very tolerant of many Americans who believe that this country was founded on christian principles, therefore it is a christian country. Some principles of christianity may be found in the laws of this country because the laws were for the freedom and justice for ALL mankind.
This country was founded by mostly middle and low class people who were tired of an aristocracy that kept all the power of government in the hands of the elite lords and wealthy.
As far as founded by christians for christians, you need to read the writings of our founding fathers like Jefferson. Many of those who signed the constition wanted the seperation of church and state to protect the government from being taken over and ran by any one religion. It was also created to protect the rights of ANY American to seek his own faith. They believed that this would protect America from engaging in wars and persecution much like Europe had been fighting and engaging in for hundreds of years in the name of God.
As far as the religion of any preident, it shouldn't matter in the least. What really matters is if his ideals can unite the country in support of ALL Americans, not just the top few who control most of the wealth and power of this nation. While uniting this country for all may be a christian principle, it's also a muslim, jewish, buddhist, hindu, and any other religion that believes in the good in all people.

Reflections of a non-lemming
Submitted on April 28th, 2008 by Minuteman CAWhy do the Obama faithful cling so reverently to Wright's(dare anyone to call him a reverend)coatails? Why do they offer some idiotic rant about how poor Hussein was only in the church pews for some twenty years and not in agreement with Wright's racist ramblings?
The answer is obvious enough and I challenge anyone to prove me wrong, because I actually like to hear the opposing view point. The answer: without anything of substance to Obama or his campaign, his flock of lemmings are left with only screaming that his critics must be racists.
I truly feel sorry for them. Whether they are voting for him because he is a well-spoken black man (without any substantial credentials for the oval office), or perhaps that he chants the word "change", while playing a tune reminiscent of the pied piper..the man has a following.
As a non-Clinton supporter and eager opponent to John McCain's liberal view of the southern U.S. border, I can say that I honestly believe dissent is our greatest gift to each other.

Think on these things! Obama a "secret" Muslim
Submitted on April 28th, 2008 by AnonymousSenator Obama IS NOT A RACIST OR MUSLIM! You can not force someone else' character on him just because he attended their church for "20 count'em" years! I attended a church for 40 years and had differences with my Pastor but the choice was not to leave the church and or the Pastor even though I could have! I'm tired of all these idiotic people half of which are probably not even committed to any faith religion and or politics passing judgement on somebody through media/hear say and hype and you tube...The Bible says study to show yourself approved and if you know you have not feverishly followed his Obama career and achievements, bought and or read his books, for the last "20 count 'em" twenty years then your opinion(s) have no weight! This is Victoria's secret...Just because Bill Clinton parted another woman's thighs and Hillary chose to stand by her man don't be trying to hate on Obama because HE'S UNITING PEOPLE MOUNTING VOTERS LIKE NO OTHER CANDIDATE EVER HAS in the history of a presidential campaign.......Now Muslim that!....

I don't think ANYBODY has the right, and that includes YOU, to decide when a woman should leave her husband. On the other hand we ALL, and that includes YOU, have the right to demand that our elected leaders are not racists and do not attend a church for 20 count 'em, TWENTY years listening to some hatemonger scream hatred about the very people same elected leader wants to lead and protect!!!
Hussein is a Manchurian Candidate
Submitted on April 28th, 2008 by Minuteman CAHussein Obama has nothing of value to say. His credibility is very fairly criticized. He has a joke of a Senate voting record. He stinks of racist affiliations.
Not that it matters if he is a Muslim, but I do believe it is only fair to question his reasons for hiding his affiliations. What is he trying to hide. Criticism should not only be expected, but praised.
Well, he denies ever hearing the racist rant of his spiritual mentor, so I wonder if Hussein would deny his wife's socialist leanings?
http://drmelissaclouthier.blogspot.com/2...
Mrs. Obama discussed her party's socialist plans for America yesterday to a group of depressed women in Harrisburg, NC.
Charlotte.com reported:
Most Americans, she said, don't want much.
"They don't want the whole pie," she told the women. "There are some who do, but most Americans feel blessed just being able to thrive a little bit."
"The truth is, in order to get things like universal health care and a revamped education system, then someone is going to have to give up a piece of their pie so that someone else can have more."
So, add another question to flock of Obama faithfuls.
Question for those questioning Obama's motives.

To Sunshine 308
Submitted on April 28th, 2008 by AnonymousI will give you credit for using your computer name and not hiding behind "anonymous" as the majority of posters are doing. You are obviously White. You probably swear that you are not racist because you would never think of using the "N" word!
I've got news for you, Sis: All NRINOs use that same defense! (Non-Racist In Name Only!) Wright and Cones and Obama--and I--WOULD use the "N" word! Very carefully and very selectively--but we are not afraid of it!
Your calling Wright and Cones "racists and hate mongers" PROVES that you are a NRINO! You simply do not understand what Cones was saying--and what Wright was saying.
First of all, the main strength of Cones was to urge working toward universal equality--rather than just trying to make Blacks equal to Whites. (Is that racist?) When the honorable Rev. Jeremiah Wright said, "God Damn America!"--you "Sunday Patriots" are aghast and up in arms. He is a racist and preaching hate! Nothing of the sort! In fact--just the opposite! He mentions that many Americans treat Blacks as only half-humans, much of the government builds prisons specifically to house Blacks--and after all this, these same Americans insist that the Blacks get on their knees and sing "God Bless America"--this America that is bigoted and treat them them as half-humans!
It is to THESE Americans only that Wright replies: NO! God Damn America! (God Damn this America that you are trying to force on us!)
If you think he is wrong--even a little bit wrong--then I pity you! He was not preaching hate--he was demanding equality and fairness! Period!
IF you cannot see this, then I would advise you to shut up--because you obviously don't know what you're talking about!
Your seeming shock at Obama's statement that, if his daughters should make a mistake, he doesn't want them punished with a(n unwanted) baby)--makes perfect sense. We humans are all subject to error. So far, in our history, we have found no one who is perfect (though we may make claims for this one or that).
I chuckle when I realize that almost everyone who is opposed to abortion is also for capital punishment. (Conversely, almost everyone who upholds the right of abortion is against capital punishment.) I have heard it argued that, without capital punishment, I am allowing a murderer to live and even providing for his needs. (But I am also keeping him behind bars.) That concerns a recent ad against Obama--he voted against capital punishment--therefore he is soft on gang crimes and will be soft on terrorists! Does keeping them in prison--making the streets safe for the majority of us--equal being "soft"? Are you arguing that we should "kill" all our enemies? All those who might harm us? Well--that is exactly the thinking of a terrorist!
And you love to point out his poor judgment in his choice of friends. For example, if he smiles at a Communist, you immediately claim that HE is a Communist! Frank Marshall Davis was a first rate poet. That he was also a Communist does not add to or detract from the fact that he was a very fine poet! (And I believe Obama knew him at some point.)
Obama's poor choice of words in his speech concerning small-town people has haunted him--he has had the word "bitter" thrown at him from all sides. Yes--his choice of words was poor--but none of you notice what he was really saying. He was really saying that these small-town people have been ignored by the Clinton administration and by the Bush administration--but he--Obama--is aware of their needs and he will be there to help them all he can.
Instead--he gets the charge "elitist" thrown at him!
Hey! Examine him! Criticize him all you want! But, so far, the majority of critiques have been simply: "I'll put this uppity Nigger in his place"--though, of course, you would never use the "N" word--and therefore you are not racists!

Submitted on April 28th, 2008 by sunshine308I have to say thinking on things is good and right.. if what you are thinking about is correct in it's concept. You have made some serious misstatements ..first..she did not say that Obama should have left his church.. she said that if Wright was her minister she would have.. that is quite different. Also, that she had the strength and fortitude to forgive her husband and save her marriage and family I think requires much to be admired and rather than tear her down for it you should give her credit..Doesn't it say in the Bible that we need to forgive?? Nafta, in the long run is a very good trade agreement.. but it has hurt some jobs.. not just here but also in Canada and Mexico.. it takes time to change our economies to take advantage of the changes in trade..
Now..it seems to me you are saying that if you obey the commandments you are a hypocrite?? did I get that right??? I always thought it meant you were a good person if you obey them.. not a hypocrite.. what church do you go to for goodness sakes??? Now about racism.. let me say this.. yes .. ARE YOU READING THIS?? I CHOOSE NOT TO HAVE ANY FRIENDS WHO ARE RACIST IN ANY WAY.... it is not hard therefore to say.. and Hillary and Bill Clinton are the most non-racist people in this country and have done many things over the years for African Americans...so your comment is out of place..
As for Barrack Hussein Obama's name.. it comes from his father Barrack Hussein Obama Sr. a man who was 12 1/2% Black African and 87 1/2% Arabic.. and a Muslim. Saying to others that you need to show intelligence in thinking would be a good thing for you to practice..
Yes. Obama has a huge list of lies he has told .. but without going into them, there are many more reasons than his lies not to vote for him.. many more important than a bunch of lies.. he is arrogant, elitist and an opportunist who really has no regards for grass roots America, he is a racist and a hate monger because he belongs to the black liberation theology with Wright..Obama is a danger to America because of his poor judgement and collection of friends ..criminals, terrorists, hate mongers, bigots, racists, communists, Islamic extremists, and marxists.. sounds more like a gang than friends of a presidential candidate..
Christians..
Submitted on April 28th, 2008 by sunshine308Sorry but to be honest..I do not believe the church that Wright or Obama belong to is Christianity in it's theology. You see..Wright admitted on TV that they embrace Cones Black liberation theology.. it is based on the hate of whites and the blame of all whites for what has happened to blacks.. They went so far as to say they could not accept our God because He loves whites so they made their own and a black Jesus.. and said then that God (their God) loves blacks and hates whites .. Therefore this church represents hate and racism and that makes Wright and Obama racists and hate mongers. I do not consider that this is a religion to be honest it represents to me social and political insurrection.
Think on these things
Submitted on April 28th, 2008 by AnonymousI am a woman,an emigrant who will be able to vote in the first election.
I had planned on voting for Hilary but decided againt that because she is not trust worthy.
Her husband was the President not her and he lead the country when the globally economy was much better.
I had stopped talking about politics because I do not think most Americans are ready to think outside of thier normal thinking.
Why didn't Hilary leave Bill but she says Barrack should have left the church. He goes to church then goes home. She is in the same house with a man who is getting money from the Mexican who want to continue with the NAFTA he started which caused a lot of the jobs to go abroad and lot of Americans to lose thier jobs.
If you are a churchgoer, you go to church and the minister read the 10 commandments..do we all follow them..if you say you do because you follow and agree with everything your minister says you are all more hypocritical then I want to think.
If you say you do not have a friend who sometimes say thinks that are racially changed but you still have them as friends then you are even worse than Hillary.
Yes Obama is running to be elected to run as the leader of the free world and I think he is stupid to want to especially with the economy the way it is but he is human, of mixed race which people neglect to mention, or want to accept, because it suites them to identify him with the black in him and not the white and therefore find it easier to want to associate him with a man who is black.
By the he got his fathers name which was agreed on my his white mom and who by all records was not Muslim.
If my mom is catholic does it make me automatically a catholic.
Show the intelligence in your thinking please....
Since we are in a global economy think of what is important to the rest of the world and vote for someone who appears to be honest, everyone is human and no one ever said Obama was but honesty is still important to a lot of people and Hilary would have a hard time convincing a lot of people who can sit on the outside without biases looking in....

Who give a S***?
Submitted on April 28th, 2008 by AnonymousI really don't care one way or the other if Obama is Christian or Muslim. Look how our socalled "Christian president" has screwed up the country/world in the last seven and a half years. He has been responsible for death of 300+ in Texas executions and untold thousands of deaths in his wars. As an athiest I don't care about Obama's or anyone elses religion, just don't push it on me!
Christian Conversion must be a waste of time!
Submitted on April 28th, 2008 by AnonymousHi, I saw all the attacks against Obama. I feel truly sorry for all the Christians than who waste time trying to convert Muslims to Christian. Why? Well according to all the hate mongers here... even if a person accepts Christ and gets baptized in a Christian church and publicly declare they are a Christian... they are still a Muslim. I guess this applies to Catholics who also convert. Since most Catholics are baptized as Infants. I guess my mother should be informed that she can't be a Baptist or Pentecostal if she would like. Because her parents were Catholics and baptized her as a Catholic...she must be one forever with or with out her choosing.
I hope that the above statements help all of you to see how foolish you sound when you deny a person the right in America of all countries to choose their own religious following.
I also, wish those who fear Obama, would simply admitt that they would fear him just the same as if he were the son of a well known Baptist Preacher. Why? Because they must first acknowledge their fear and hatred of blacks and non-whites inorder for us to begin an intelligent dialouge regarding Obama's run for the democratic nomination.
The facts are that Americans have been voting for So called White Christian men since the founding of this country. However, no one is actually any better off. So, Obama can't do anything more or less than what the others have done. In another sense he could actually make things better. However, you would have to get past your bigotry to begin make sense of what it means. So, I hope all the haters will vote for John McCain and get the lesson you did not learn from Bush. Perhaps then you will start to vote for your well being and not for the sole purpose of keeping the White house White! That hasn't gotten white people and everyone else who is a citzen of equal rights in this country a damn thing!!!!!!!
One last thing since White Women are having fewer babies these days and many don't even want to be mothers... the other percentage are having mixed race children. Get the hint... Whites will soon be the minority race in the US. You will then want to be friends with all the people you now hate. I hope they will show you mercy and forget about the many hateful statments hateful whites have made here today! Peace
Is Barrack Obama a Muslim?
Submitted on April 28th, 2008 by AnonymousI've never heard so many prejudiced comments or seen so many conclusions drawn from so few facts. Anyone who has worked among the poor in third world countries knows that they need help from every source -- especially from family members who have been able to move on. The poor in this world are really getting hit by inflation. Concentrate on helping them and not on lambasting those
