I do admit that she does most all of the cooking. But then again I do all of the yardwork.
I think roles work, if they are balanced fairly.

When we retired, it depends on who is feeling nest at the time and what the job is. My wife is the better cook.

Submitted on April 7th, 2008 by AnonymousI'd have to agree. I usually work 12-hour days and my wife is home all day. I help with housework on the weekends amongst other chores or if I get home earlier than usual. I barely have enough time for family as it is.

Submitted on April 7th, 2008 by AnonymousThough I voted "women" it is not as it appears. I am a trucker and am gone 2 to 4 weeks at a time then home for 2 to 4 days. If she didn't do it, it wouldn't get done. There was no provision for such a nuanced answer.
