McCain
Submitted on February 5th, 2008 by Monkey DavidCan someone explain the bizarre logic of idiots like Rush saying that they would prefer Hillary as President to John McCain?
Did that logic work out for those who were lukewarm in support G.H.W. Bush for a second term? To the Democrats who didn't support Carter for a second term, and instead got the Reagan Revolution and a long-term transformation of the American political landscape?
The President has a strong effect on thousands of issues. Does Rush really believe that Hillary would not hurt our country? Or is he just selfishly nostalgic for the days when he got to be in opposition? Bill Clinton certainly made Rush's fortune...
who is ron paul?
Submitted on February 5th, 2008 by JohnInLongmontthat's the tag line on the radio commercials we hear ad nauseum...I'll tell you what the commercial should say next:
ron paul is the republican presidential candidate who thinks America is responsible for the terrorist attacks of 9/11...THAT is who ron paul is...and that is why he gets no support from Republicans
It's about sovereignty, stupid!
Submitted on February 5th, 2008 by JoanlowDr. Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate who cares about US sovereignty! This appeals to both Red and Blue. One of Dr. Paul's most important issues is the restoration of US sovereignty over the Panama Canal. When the US lost this strategic territory thanks to the peacenik traitor Jimmy Carter, it literally invited greedy global bankers to go in and blackmail the Panamanian government and create the beginnings of NAFTA. Dr. Paul does not want the US controlled by tiny Third World countries with connections to Marxism and the United Nations. Check out H.CON.RES.231 and any of his other legislation on getting the US out of the UN and restoring US sovereignty over Panama. The US must try to regain its legitimate sovereignty over Panama and the Philippines, and not fall prey to multicultural globalists who try to boss us around. Otherwise it could lose Hawaii, US Indian reservations and who knows where else. This is what Dr. Paul is about! Long live US sovereignty!
