White guys are back
New York Times Posted 33 weeks agoIt was probably inevitable. The historic contest between a woman and an African-American for the presidential nomination is now all about white men.
It’s got to be irking women and blacks. This was supposed to be all about us! But in modern politics, the people who choose up sides are doomed to be taken for granted while the whole world goes running after the folks on the fence. That is why this fall the presidential campaign will be taking place in 13 states, and the would-be presidents will spend more time worrying about Iowa than New York and California combined.

I Will Agree

Inorder to be the first black or woman president you must be willing to kiss white mens butts. Not literaly ofcourse , but in so many words he is right. Obama won't, but she will do whatever it takes, and then she still won't win the nomination. It will be fun watching her grovel in desperation. If she wants to maintain her dignity she should just get out, Oh, thats right, the people who control her won't let her. Their are many wowen I would be proud to have as a president, Hillary is not one of them. Embellishing her life to seem more courageous on the one hand and more common on the other when in fact she has lived the life of royalty on a free ride for the past 20 years.
explanation please?
Submitted on April 5th, 2008 by ansuyoWhat do you mean by "is now all about white men"? I'm not sure I get what you're saying.
Obama is an African-American because of his dual citizenship, but he is 50% white, and only a minimal % of black that doesn't even count as black in the US. But it's a foot in the door I guess.
I wish this election were not about color or gender, but about issues. When we arrive there, we will truly be a free country.
