Backbone or Tail Between Legs
Submitted on May 16th, 2008 by RespectfulguestYeh ok under your instruction someone will tell the President of the United States to stay in the White House.
Heaven forebid we have a Commander and Chief not give a great big bear hug to those forward thinking leaders of Iran, Syria, Hamas and Hezbollah.
After wrapping-up the Hamas endorsement last weekend, Senator Obama should feel pretty good about the much sought after endorsements of Iran, Syria and Hezbollah that are soon to follow. That will surely clinch the Democratic Primary for the Senator.
Also to show America some real backbone, hopefully "under the helm" of Nancy Pelosi another special trip to Damascus can be held. Nancy can wear that fancy scarf and sunglasses again from the last trip where so much got accomplished in such a short period of time. Of course Harry Reid can attend too with bow-tie, turban and sun-glasses as well. Like before, they can all sip tea and talk about what a rotten country America is due to the GOP and Bush Administration.
Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Barack Obama now that's some backbone for ya. Unfortunately Senator Obama can not even fire his own Pastor, how will he have the "backbone" to fire a cabinet member that is a long time friend when needed?
