Yeah ... when they lowered them again last week, I knew that the super spike in oil prices that Hugo told us was coming months ago was a sure thing. Is that why Spanish 'King' told Hugo to shut his mouth. I don't know where we are really going, but I do think the game is planned out, and the US shadow government is a primary player.
