The Innocence Project proves you have to be carefull

Barry Scheck's program has proven many false convictions for rape and murder.When DNA evidence can determine innocence or guilt, then cost should not be a factor in testing. Bob Barr once said he could not justify the cost of all the appeals, look it up if you don't believe he said it.

Our current President actually had the nerve to say that while he was Governor of Texas, he is sure no innocent person was put to death. Look that up too, naysayers. The nerve of that guy to make such a foolish statement.

When the proof is airtight,i believe the death penalty is warranted in some cases.
