Well i don't know, but i assume that the pharmacies in catholic hospitals do not dispense birth control. I assume a Pharmacist could limit his practice to physicians who would not prescribe BC.
I'm not a consultant to Pharmacists, i'm lucky enough to pay for the damn stuff. And i'm way to old to care about birth control. However i am not too old to care about the Constitution.
I sort of think that these cases have gone into the state courts and gone nowhere.
