Supreme Court rejects challenge to lethal injections

Judge term limits.

The theory is that if judges had to be reelected on a regular basis, that would have to make popular decisions. So term limits might be a bad idea.

You can't equally represent each party, unless you mandate an independent as the tie breaker.
