Dear Joel

Although I disagree with the majority of his opinions, Scalia is one of the most persuasive writers to serve the Supreme Court. He certainly has more experience than you or I do when it comes to persuading judges. Don't be a jackass and say he doesn't know what he's talking about because he does. Not to mention the fact that he is only a co-author. Why don't you look up how many cases Byran Garner won? You can't win every case and you can't persuade everyone, but those who have experience in winning some but not all have more experience than those who write on blogs.
