Try to see if the Right Wing would also include the current value of the U.S. dollar vs. other world currencies; perhaps such "reality" would bite them back. This is true reality. Our economy is tanking.

The fascination the Right has with smaller government and lower taxes is apparently kept through ignorance of our overly-increased debt ceiling since Bush took office. Sure, pay for your war with borrowed capital; look the other way when critical industries profiteer during "wartime," bail out the banking institutions when their capital schemes fail, and ignore the crony/contractor pirates working at every level.

Keep shouting vehemently against your other pet whipping boy: the "welfare state" but consider pointing the finger at the real weakling recipients of government handouts: irresponsible corporations. Until you are willing to take a dose of true reality, it would behoove you to go stand in the corner with your uninformed tantrums and let the rest of us try to sort out solutions to the problems your gang has left in its wake...
