Can the U.S. military handle the strain of two wars?

Could it be a draft?

Considering that the military is over extended, and put an unbearable strain on the US economy, a draft should be in the forecast.

I am quite sure, that would end the Iraq war, except for the operations of special forces and....blackwater.
