The problem with fighting an intelligence war is that we have to do it intelligently. Oftentimes it's very difficult for government to think creatively about fighting.
Of course when we hire groups like Blackwater to do some of the jobs that American soldiers cannot or won't do, everyone screams bloody murder that we're using mercenaries. We just cannot win.
