Judge orders Obama to produce proof of citizenship
Posted 6 weeks 4 days ago byIt is about time that we put the question of Barack Hussein Obama's or is it Barry Soetoro's citizenship to rest. A judge has given him 3 days to produce the official documents. Seems there is not only doubt about where he was born-Hawaii or Kenya, but also about whether, after becoming an Indonesian citizen along with his mother, if he applied to be a citizen after he reached 18 years old. It appears that he traveled to Pakistan at age 20 as an Indonesian citizen. I guess you cannot have it both ways. Hello Hillary. What an interesting campaign season.
I always thought it was funny that Obama never produced the official documents. Hell, it would be easy enough to just shut every body up. Yet, he for some reason would not comply. Incidentally, the plaintiff asking for the documents is a democrat.

US does not recognize Dual citizenship unless the other country does.
What this means for Obama is that both Indonesia and Kenya does not allow for dual citizenship.
Under INS rules and along with a host of other treaties, that if a country does not allow for dual citizenship then that is the position the US takes.
Thus when Obama was in Indonesia, the US considered him as expatroit to the US. Thus he was not considered a US citizen. That is why INS rule 139 is there.
It is there for those whose parents removed their citizenship but they themselves wish to have a US citizenship. They must then satisfy INS rule 139, fill out an application. After the application is approved then they must take the oath.
Its the law. Sorry that you do not like the way the laws are GOS. The simple fact is that Obama is an illegal alien who did not satisfy INS rule 139 and according to the records has at least two claim to citizenship outside the US.
So no matter how its sliced up, Obama should not even be allowed to run for the presidency.
The democratic party and the many of the democractic senators and representatives have vacated their duty by law to make sure Obama is really qualified. Obama was to have a hearing back in March but Pelosi killed it.
Thus no one in congress has lifted one finger to see if Obama is really qualified. They are willing to make a deal with the devil even if that devil may ruin the democratic party forever if it should ever come out that Obama is really an illegal alien!

By default if the child does not renounce dual citizenship, then they become a citizen in the country they reside at age 18. If this is true, why would it be different for BHO?

I saw a hand written school registration form that his step-father wrote out when Obama was 7 years old. Is that how you become a citizen of Indonesia? If your step-father writes Barry on your school form that becomes your legal name? Doesn't the hack Berg need to bring more "proof" than that? That's his case, folks. That's what he's running with. Even if I were an ardent supporter of Obama's, I would not want to set a precedent being set for future elections. It would also put a stain on his presidency in terms of credibility. If he were elected and then it was discovered, what then? He should just provide the information.

To me it really does not matter where he was born in the overall scheme and mess that is the birth of the Bastard named Barrack Obama.
I am not upset that Obama is a bastard. That no longer has the meaning that it once did say 40 years ago. Our moral society has collapsed to the point that Bastardiation is a common theme in roughly 18% of our society.
The core issue that I bring up is two fold.
1. Dual citizenship! No person can serve has president of the US with dual citizenship as proscribed by Article II and accordance to INS regulations 139.
2. Barrack Obama was adopted to an Indonesian Citizen and had his citizenship changed by his mother his legal guardian who had the authority.
Obama could get his citizenship back by applying for it and taking the oath.
Thus the order by the Federal Court addresses two fundamental issues if anyone who read the judges notes. It specifically requests the Long form of Obama's birth record from Hawaii. That can not be forged and has to be requested and printed up from Hawaii.
2. There is evidence before the court which requires Obama to also bring a copy of his allegence to the US the one he is required to do after he turned 18 and wished to recover his US citizenship that his mother his guardian removed.
As I pointed out more than a year ago, this issue has legs on the two main points that I brought up. If it should be proven that he was not born in the US then it bring up a whole new set of problems and the FBI and the Secret Service has egg on their face along with Homeland Security.
If Obama was born in Hawaii which I believe by the way, there still is the problem of his adoption and name change in Indonesia to Barry Soeroto. That also puts egg on the face of the FBI, Secret Service and Homeland Security.
It also make Obama a criminal and he would be classified as an insurgent if he never took the oath when he came back to the US.
Thus, there is two parts. Dual citizenship issues and the Oath.
Thus Obama has to prove that 1. he was born in the US specific and 2 that after he turned 18 that he went before a INS or US consolate to give his Oath to the US.
That oath is not the same oath as taking office or the president's oath or even the Senator's oath to serve in US congress. Its different and the requirement is specific.
Obama has a problem where his Mother listed him as an Indonesian citizen in the Indonesian courts when she applied for a Divorse. It would have been easier for her to say that Obama was a US citizen under Indonesian law. But she did not. Thus there is that problem. If it is true about his ever having an Indonesian passport, then it only damns Obama further. But I have never seen any suggest evidence of it but heard only rummor.
Believe me, I have seen enough in real concrete evidence that Obama can not be president and is a criminal under our laws. The issue is will Obama comply with the court or risk contempt of court rulings hoping to outlast the court so that the elections can happen before he is found out a fraud.

Black candidates should appear as if they are concerned with the welfare of the general public even when their real agenda is to provide for the black community. I am not impressed that he did something for the Congo and black colleges. In fact, it offends me that black colleges and other groups of that nature exist. It is not allowed to do something strictly for whites, so what's with that. If you are gong to help needy students then it should not be of a particular race. This allows for black students who might be from affluent families to get help before a white person of lesser means. Even Obama stated in his leg tingling race speech that this is not fair. SO I guess I agree with him on that point.

He allowed Obama to put his name on bills that he could sponsor, although he did not work on creating them. He also would not sponsor a bill to save the life of an aborted fetus, born alive. That is criminal. He also was a prime instigator of the ACORN radicals who helped create this mess by insisting banks give loans to unqualified candidates. I am not saying that the group is the whole cause for the collapse of our economy, but they certainly helped. As far as health is concerned, McCain released his records. Obama is the one who has not released his. What is he hiding. When was his last urine test/ HIV/ Hep C/ After all he readily admits to using drugs when the pressure is on. Obama needs to clean his own house, He is known now for allowing his surrogates to do the dirty work. That just makes him look sleazy. At least Palin is attacking him on her own. Do you really think some of the Obama ads about McCain are fair and the hits on Palin's kids. COme on. Let's not portray Obama as an angel. He has so much power over his supporters, that it would only take an email or text message from him to stop the scurrilous personal attacks.
I personally do not think that asking Obama about his past or his citizenship is smearing him. Why doesn't he just answer the questions? It is very curious that Obama just refuses to produce the proper documents.
