Constitutional Law Professor attacks the First Amendment
Posted 11 weeks 6 days ago byThe first amendment was meant to protect people standing on, burning, or otherwise desecrating the flag. It is meant to protect especially liberal radical types to be able to say any lie. It is NOT meant, according to Barack Obama, to protect or to allow open discussion of the foibles of his royalty, especially those interested in contemplating certain relationships to first amendment crybabies like him and his long time friend Bill Ayres.
Now I had heard that Obama operatives had been calling hundreds of radio stations trying to intimidate and suppress such 'vicious rumoring' from the airwaves and such stuff as also calling sponsors to cut. But, that must be rumor too. But now he has gone running to the Justice Department to 'investigate' who is behind the outrage.
Barack, while you are there, please work out a way for them to help you produce for the public a legitimate birth certificate and some helpful stuff like that. I know that the 1st Amendent might be inconvenient to you, but gosh you are a constitutionally trained lawyer, and I demand that you respect. We know you don't like the 2nd Amendment either ... goodness, just toss away the whole damned document I guess.

Weird

HERE IS THE DEAL
Submitted on August 29th, 2008 by Skye RiversPolitical ads make radio stations around election time. Big bucks. I worked for Clear Channel. Most BIG COMPANIES will not turn away political ads and you can't descriminate. If they are paying, you take them. I have not seen these ads, but BRAVO! GREAT BLOG JOHN.
