I have just Dropped Obama, Democrat support Today.
Posted 8 weeks 2 days ago byI have decided that if the war is to go on in Iraq, As both canidates have suggested, Obama changed from Immedate withdrawl to it's going to take time 16 month's I beleive he is now saying. That my support lies with our men an women in the war zone. Therfore I must back the expeirence of John McCain rather than the wet behind the ear's ROOKIE Owhata ooop's Obama.
Plus with all the saber rattling Iran is doing. I feal the last thing this country need's is lack of wisdom when it come's to miltary forces, For that is the kind of sh-- that cost us vietnam.
Obama dont go away mad just go away, ROOKIE.
I predict victory for John McCain.

Submitted on July 11th, 2008 by John 2000I do worry a lot about the nation at this point in time. My confidence is very down and it has been very difficult sometimes to blog or even talk lately. So, it is good to have a good encouraging word back.
The more I dig around, the more I understand the nature of the real war that has been going on for a number of years now. I try and share some of the items I come across that are interesting to me based on my gut feel. There are so many conflicting paths to wander down that I often am lost for many hours. I'll go down one path and find myself way off somewhere else ... tired an lost for words. Damn internet!
But, in the end, it is great to be free to exchange ideas and feelings with virtual strangers.
Good day John

There are simply so many reasons I have found for not ever considering voting for O, among the least of which are some of his recent 'changes', that I find it almost sad that it takes the specific case of Iraq 'timeline' for you to come to a conclusion on the next would be commander-in-chief, Obama.
The funniest thing about the 16 month idea he has floated lately is that I heard him in a speech say the exact same thing way back in March. I saw this on TV! But, nobody seemed to make note of it then!! The same day I saw HRC say that she would start removing troops the very day she got into office (I did not believe her, of course).
Regarding the experience factor, I agree with you 1000%. Trustworthiness issue is also 1000%. The weird thing is that I don't feel strong at all about McCain ... very lukewarm.
Not much of a choice
Submitted on July 10th, 2008 by janmbWe don't really have that much a choice do we.
I just caught the whispered remark of Jesse Jackson and there are many B O supporters that would echo that statement today.
