Unlike McCain, Obama Pays Female Staff Less Than Males

Wow, you must be thinking that this has to be some sort of houdini numbers jumbling, but it is not. Finally I got a reason to vote for Obama (Just kidding). Ouch, quit throwing stuff!
And get this. McCain pays the females on his staff more that the males on Obama's staff also.
"The average pay for the 33 men on Obama's staff (who earned more than $23,000, the lowest annual salary paid for non-intern employees) was $59,207. The average pay for the 31 women on Obama's staff who earned more than $23,000 per year was $48,729.91. (The average pay for all 36 male employees on Obama's staff was $55,962; and the average pay for all 31 female employees was $48,729. The report indicated that Obama had only one paid intern during the period, who was a male.)
McCain, an Arizona senator, employed a total of 69 people during the reporting period ending in the fall of 2007, but 23 of them were interns. Of his non-intern employees, 30 were women and 16 were men. After excluding interns, the average pay for the 30 women on McCain's staff was $59,104.51. The 16 non-intern males in McCain's office, by comparison, were paid an average of $56,628.83."
That's about a $7,000 deficit for non-intern females on Obama's staff and a $2,500 surplus for non-intern females on McCain's staff.
Additionally, "women working in Obama's Senate office were paid at least $6,000 below the average man working for the Illinois senator", for the period ending September 2007.
Apparently, Obama has been critical on the stump regarding a Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Restoration Act that McCain had not supported due to unpredictable litigations concerns. Lilly Ledbetter had sued a previous employer for a $6,500 inequality after 19 years with a the company. The current law allows for 180 days, which I also view as adequate time to express a grievance. Yes, the differential most probably was unfair. Perhaps you disagree, but that is beside the point here.
In an Albuquerque speech, Obama said "Her (Lilly's) problem was that her employer paid her less than men doing the exact same work."
I would say to Obama that either that is the exact same thing you are doing with females on your staffs OR you do not trust females with the same work as you do males (or possibly both), PLUS I would say you are again a liar worthy of Pablo's List!! You may not have heard of this List, but you will soon be on a strict diet of word-eating.
"The Obama campaign did not respond to written questions submitted on the matter Thursday by Cybercast News Service ."

It sounds to me that McCain practices what Obama only preaches.

Oops, oversight, not important to issues
