PRE PURCHASE GAS CARDS NOW AVAILABLE LOCKING IN THE PRICE YOU PAY TODAY...
Posted 15 weeks 1 day ago byA man in Germany set his l995 BMW on fire in rebellion to the over $9.00 a gallon gas price. $5.00 of that is gas tax. He just could not afford to drive his BMW any longer. With tempers flaring between Iran and the US, who knows how much more we are going to pay at the pump. Save money by pre-purchasing gas at today’s prices, then fill up with your MyGallons Card when prices rise. No matter how high prices at the pump will go, the price of the gallons you’ve purchased will be locked-in. The only downfall to this would be if gas prices drop; that could happen and so could, seeing pigs fly out of Bush's ass.

I know
Submitted on July 3rd, 2008 by PabloBeliever me I know! But Mexico is 379 miles from from where I live in West Texas.
And yes Dallas is further than Mexico! So is Austin!
But I live in a relatively rual area. There are several mom and pop stores. But they are getting smaller and not carrying the stock that they used to.
Can not say I blame them. Mom and pop stores are closer to where I live but they just do not have all the items like they used to.
The only true mom and pop stores I go to now days is a gun shop or some kind of agri supply.
Its rare to find a true gun smithy! The guy I use designed a new version of the M1 and M4 for full auto for our guys in Iraq. The military is going to use it because it will save more lives and put more firepower than the current saw guns the guys are using!
I did check on those cards. The problem is getting the retailers who sell the gas to accept those cards!

I don't shop Walmart or any of those kind of stores that take business from small businesses. It's just not right, but it feels as if this is the direction things are going. I like the General Store kind of thing, where you go in, know every one have a cup of coffee, smile, and get on your merry way... I am going back to simplicity myself.
What I heard some people in CA are doing, is driving across the border to Mexico where they can get gas REALLY cheap, fill er up and they even wash your windows and will pump the gas. Those illegals know hospitality, that is for sure ;)

Submitted on July 2nd, 2008 by PabloNot many places around here where you can get a prepaid gas card.
I think Walmart is the only place! But I do not like Walmart and they are not the cheapest gas around!
I do not like Walmart and giving my money to the Chinese!
But then gas will be $4.50 by the end of the month!
Gas here is $3.85 a gallon. In Oklahoma its $3.68 a gallon and in Louisiana its $3.65 a gallon!
What ticks me off is that Texas exports oil to Illinois who has higher taxes and yet their price of gas is $3.82 a gallon! Its just makes me mad to have a refinery 80 miles away yet people 800 miles away get gas from that same refinery cheaper than I do!
What is the cause of High cost of Oil
Submitted on July 2nd, 2008 by PabloThere are a three main reasons for the high price of oil!
1. World demand for oil is increasing exponentially as businesses that were once American have moved over seas. The new factories and the all the shipping and freight have increased the demand for oil! With many 3rd world countries now having record low unemployment rates in places like India, China and Korea the people are nor longer riding mass transit or bikes to work. This change is because the new factories require the workers to be on time with no lateness.
Thus people that have generally never drove a car is suddenly driving! In India for example the traffic jams are bad because there is not enough highway for the number of cars on the road with people trying to get to work. India has delivery lanes and times when trucks have the road and people have to get off the road so that the trucks can get the products to the ports to be exported.
The second one is Opec! OPEC sets the base price of oil. They also set the amount of production they will produce. Over the last year, OPEC has not increased production to keep up with demand. Saudi Arabia for example is running at 90%. They are reducing this to 85% starting this month and suggesting that they will reduce again in September. Saudi Arabia has done this year in and year out. They cause summer price hikes which go all the way back to 1970. OPEC could increase production to the point that the market is so flooded that the price of oil could be reduced to $15 a barrel. They are just not interested and are seeking more profits as they reach the end of their production life. The middle east will run out of oil totally by 2035. Some countries will run out by 2020. So they are trying to make as much money as they can because once the oil is gone, they have no other industry or export of goods.
Third, Not enough refineries to actually keep up with demand. America need roughly 10 more refineries! Here in West Texas, there are oil fields that are not producing at times because the hold tanks are full. The refineries can not keep up with production from the field. Thus rotation of the oil fields has been going on since the late 1970s.
Even so, there is not enough production domestically to stop imports. America actually has 3 times the amount of oil as the Middle East!
That's right! America has more oil than the middle East! But America does not try to even drill for it. Alaska's North slope which includes BLM lands, ANWR and the National Petroleum reserves as well of off coastal areas.
Currently, Oil is only produced from BLM lands. There is no drilling anything off the coast of Alaska or withn ANWR or the National Petroleum Reserve. These four areas alone would equal the Saudi Arabian peninsula!
Then you have areas like West Texas Eastern New Mexica which have lots of oil that will be there until 2060.
Those fields equal Iraq and Iran!
Then you have the gulf Coast! The Atlantic Coast and the pacfic coast areas. Then you have other areas like WYoming, California, Minnisota, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Georgia, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi and Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, and Oklahoma which all have oil fields.
The new production fields found in Michigan and in the great lakes is also a good point as well. The Michigan find which is a rather new field is unknown as to size and production availability!
What is holding up all these places and drilling is a bunch of moronic environmentalist who want absolutely nothing added to the environment! Even hiking trails in places it too much!
I am all for environment. However, there is such a thing as over protectionism! I get it that there needs to be places where no surface drilling needs to be done. yet its more than possible to do slant diagonal and horizontal drilling for miles and miles. A Russian company drilled some 86,000 feet! some of it horizontal to reach an area that was nothing but bog for 50 miles around to get at the oil there. Its more than possible
Thus the price of oil is high because of High demand on the world market!
OPEC's control of production and price setting the base price of oil on the World Market
and lastly, not enough refineries and production domestically!
America could actually out produce the middle east if America tried.
Its no secret! Most of the world is trying to beat America to the known Oil fields some 15 miles off of our own coast! China is drilling off of California and Florida!
Germany Britan and Japan is in the gulf. India is drilling off of California! Even Cuba, is drilling off of Florida!!!
So why is America not drilling where the rest of the world is going after it!!!
Think about it and see the realities of what I have said.
$150 by July 31! I expect it may hit sooner than that but it will.
Isreal will cause $200 plus oil by December 31 when they attack Iran or make an effort at it and spark a full scale conflict in the middle east!
You can take it to the bank that oil will be above $150 to $200 by year's end! Congress will still say do nothing because nothing done today will help! Problem is that Congress has been saying that for 39 years!!!
