Submitted on June 14th, 2008 by rom12921explain this concept well. The core of the beliefs, from what I understand, is the opposition of the use of force by a government on the governed.
Failure to pay property taxes means your property can be seized by a governmental entity depriving you of the rights to that property. This means you really don't own anything, you simply rent it from the government.
An old (90's) friend of mine from Germany says this is the way the Nazi's put themselves in power by titling all real estate to the government and collecting rent (property taxes) or as he calls it "protection money".

There is no check when they abuse their power like there is on constitutional organizations. Try not paying your taxes - even if you show the IRS that there is no legal way for them to make you – and see how far you get.
