You remember Jim Lakely, now at Infinite Monkeys site -Judicial Tyranny in California
Posted 16 weeks 1 day ago byWhew global warming finally hit the bay area today just in time to coincide with a hot ruling from California Supreme Court today. It should be an interesting addition to the campaigns in addition to a backdrop for a key plank of the Lefty agenda. Good topic, Jim!

Are there any predictions from redblue regarding this matter? I assume predictions will reflect opinions also.

Lots of fun over there.
But as to your point, it'd be easy to mind one's own business without the courts imposing others' business on the public -- especially when they express their opinion and the court shows such contempt for it.
Trouble is, the "boundaries" keep moving. So it only takes a court -- just a collection of lawyers, remember -- to decide that incest or polygamy is now no longer able to be not OK in the eyes of the law. That's what's coming when the whole "gay marriage affair," as you put it, moves along the logical track.
Moving? Well, we're running out of states to move to, aren't we?
Cordially,

A good fined
Submitted on May 15th, 2008 by IronguyI feel the courts should not be afraid to add a definition to the word marriage. It's a word that holds meaning after all. I feel that some boundaries are unfair, while others should be respected.
I don't advocate gay marriage, but I have no real beef with it my self. I Feel that people should mind their own business and if it's that much of a problem to them, they should vote or move. some boundaries like incest marriage should be kept, their is scientific evidence to support that this could end up in an unhealthy relationship. That and children or incest are at risk of malformations. Same goes for mother son, and father daughter marriage. It could damage the child. Gay marriage however, can be offensive to religious people, but who am I to force Christianity on non-believers.
As far as predictions go, I feel that this whole gay marriage affair will turn into something similar to the whole civil right movement. On a smaller scale yes, but with that idea in mind still.
(BTW yes, I work out a LOT)
PEACE!
