Democracy and Marriage Attacked in One Shot

In March of 2000, I and millions of other California residents voted for the very statute that the Supreme Court of California declared unonstitutional under the state constitution.  The ruling was a four to three ruling.  Thus, a law which passed by initiative with 61% of the voters approving of it was declared null and void by FOUR men and women.  FOUR individuals have decided their liberal agenda means more than the combined decision of millions of California residents.  61% to 39%, that was the margin with which WE, in California, decided to uphold the true sanctity of marriage.

I urge all Californians to approve the Constitutional Amendment that will be on the ballot this November and once and for all show that Democracy can not be overcome through Judicial Tyrrany.  FOUR Justices will NOT set the moral agenda for a state of countless millions in complete disregard to their will.

This decision is more than just about protecting marriage.  It is a call to all American citizens to beware of what lengths liberals are willing to go to in order to achieve their agenda.  Direct Democracy does not matter to them.  The will of 61% of Californians is irrelevent.  They will use the Rule of FOUR or the Rule of NINE within any framework to overcome the will of the people.  Liberals are at heart oligarchs.  They have no problem with the few setting the agenda and making the decisions for the many as long as they think they are morally right.  Democracy is an affront to any liberal and this decision proves this.

I urge all Californians to rise up and contact their representatives.  SAVE DEMOCRACY! SAVE MARRIAGE! FREE US NOW AND FOREVER FROM THE OLIGARCHICAL RULE OF JUDGES!

I urge all Americans to help their fellow Californians in this battle.  This is not just our battle, this is a battle for morality and democracy for the whole nation.  As goes California, so goes the nation.  This is not Massachussetts.  If California legalizes gay marriage things will change through out the nation.  Our clout is much greater than tiny Massachussetts.

Never again will judges set aside the will of the people.  The people will be heard in California.  This has gone on far enough!  My vote will mean something and I'm going to make damb sure the Supreme Court of California knows that!

SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS!
