As you know, when we last reported on the possibly heart-breaking saga in the blog entitled  :

The waterboarding approach did not work, but intensive tickling did manage to break Smokey.  He confessed to have been a prime mover in a plot to make polar bears, his ethnic cousins, seem to be indeed an endangered species.  In fact, he has been a Sorosian-type undercover chief contributor to the grass roots "Adopt-a-Polar Bear" sanctuary initiative:

This even appeared, it has been leaked,  to make Mr. Soros appreciate Smokie's resourcefulness.  "He too appeared as having been tickled."

Behind that fluffy 'Adopt' campaign however, polar bears are now actually being bribed to stay out of sight and in some of the more literally biblical cases are ACTUALLY being adopted, transported, and now living the life of Riley in special pools throughout the  lefty world.  But even Peta has now caught on to this and is VERY concerned.
