There need to be enough school bldgs. so each class room would teach 16 to to 20 children per teacher. A complete disregard of race,creed or place of origin is indispensible.
All school should be public and teachers should be paid a beginning wage of a vice president of industry with merit pay for extra study of chosen subjects at college level. Teachers are the backbone of all our economy and must be recognized as such if we will ever return to leadership in the world!!
Any secular schooling must be completely seperate from the public system and paid for by whomever has a need or wish for it.
