Worst Bias Ever
Posted 38 weeks 1 day ago byI sent two emails to CNN.com and MSNBC.com with never a reply either privately or publicly acknowledged. Reiterating the fact there is more bias favoring Obama in every category. This includes the debate on 2/26/08 wherein the moderators continuously and rudely allowed Obama all the time necessary to explain his answers to every question without interruption from the moderator. While in contrast never allowing Clinton the same courtesies. Everyone watching that broadcast must be aware of what was going on. She was set up to lose that debate from the beginning. If Obama loses the political race against Clinton these two channels can be certain it will be through no fault of theirs. I wonder, and I am sure many people wonder also, if it is not a fact, that republican ownership of the airways has conspired to cause a blackman to be nominated as candidate for the Democratic Party. Believing a black man can NOT be elected as President and therefore causing the election of another republican IDIOT.
After this political season there will be many present fans of these two channels who will never again watch them. I am one. Both channels anchors and higher correspondents have been rude, sarcastic, and down right idiotic throughout the primary season. I am absolutely disgusted that people whom I respected and trusted to be honest have done everything but be honest and respectable.

Submitted on February 28th, 2008 by popaj506You ,I ,and most every other citizen believed bush intended to send inspecters back to continue searching from the U.N. and the congress was giving him power of force in the event of refusal by Husain to allow inspection to start. But Husain agreed. Bush abused everyone by his UNgodly "GOD" action, yet in each it is thrown in Clintons face. Why doesn't she remind Obama of his vote(last vote) to give more billions to Bush. Obama said once it was for support of troops, who does he think is fighting and dying over there anyhow? besides, thats the same excuse Bush uses "give me more and more billions to support the troops".
AMEN

It's not the Republicans
Submitted on February 28th, 2008 by ansuyoHey, quit blaming us, we want Hillary in that nomination! It's funny because Sen. Clinton used to be the media's darling and now she's out of favor. I think the rules of debate should either be followed or changed for ALL candidates in a way that eliminates the possibility of this type of bias.
I hate to say this, but I'm actually starting to feel sorry for Sen. Clinton! Yikes! Maybe that's been the plan all along?????
Cross voters who may vote in the dem primaries should be ashamed of themselves for trying to sway the nomination, especially if they're doing it for Obama. Even though the media used it's influence to drive the Republican race, that doesn't make it right for Reps to do this.
Come on guys, just let what happens happen and quit trying to manipulate the process. That's not what democracy is all about. In order for our votes to really count, they must be cast without manipulation of the primary system. Let's clean up this race.
Take a closer look at yourself
Submitted on February 28th, 2008 by Colin PrincipePerhaps the reason why neither network responded to your emails is that they were written with the same poor attention to grammar and reason that this blog post was composed. Were I to receive one of these emails it would be very hard to lend any serious credence to the unlikely possibility of such a conspiracy due to the poor communication employed.
bias in the debates
Submitted on February 28th, 2008 by don tpapaj506 has some good points.
However, he neglected to note the 'softball' questions that the Hispanic newsguy offered at the debate in Austin. The tone of one was designed to generate sympathy for families of illegals rather than pinning either of them down on what policies they would favor on dealing with the problems posed by the illegals themselves.....
bias news
Submitted on February 27th, 2008 by sunshine308you said it.. understatement even.. they have really abused their trusted positions I believe.. I always used to watch CNN for dependable news.. but not any more.. I have totally lost faith in them and NBC..I remember the interview at the beginning of the campaign when Hillary kept getting asked about what she's going to do when she loses?? what a stupid question anyway at the beginning ..they were always saying that (when Obama was ahead by 3 pts) that he was leaving Hillary behind in the dust but when she was winning by 10 pts they said it was neck in neck..well could go on and on.. I won't watch them again.. nor Oprah.. she played the race card at the beginning which put a whole new spin on this election.. without that I believe that we as Americans had reached a point where race was no longer a huge issue.. but she had to start talking about slavery and segregation etc.. and asked the African Americans to support him so that would never happen to them again..what ever possessed her to do this..she always said she would never get into politics..but she is very influential and she knows it ..so she did buy him a lot of votes.. Anyway..whatever happens the press surely have a responsibility in the outcome so when our taxes go up (if Obama gets in) we will complain to them ..right?
Did you use a stopwatch?
Submitted on February 27th, 2008 by mxyzptlkI agree that Clinton gets interrupted more. No, I didn't time it but I believe it's because she runs on more. I believe if you timed their individual pieces Clinton had as much if not more time to speak.
And she really doesn't help herself. I'm in sales and she's like the salesman who doesn't realize he's made the sale so keeps on pitching and then loses the sale.
Its true
Submitted on February 27th, 2008 by dbassdThe media is so biased on the candidates and the issues. With the blog phenom going somewhat strong, can we change the way we vote? We should all vote via the PC, and get all of our information from the internet.
I get so tired of seeing the same old dogs on the news, all mouthing the same old bone.
It just seems that we do not have a candidate worth putting in office. Maybe we need to keep searching for a real candidate.
i am sick of the choices we have.
Can we write in a candidate?
Did you see the SNL sketch this weekend?
Submitted on February 27th, 2008 by The Big KlosowskiIt was a debate setup between Barack and Clinton, and it was pretty true to form.
